After years in this country, I've never seen an American (both whites and blacks) try to use cutlery to eat burger, fries, chicken wings & drumsticks from restaurant. They eat it with their hands with the sauce dripping from their mouth and then wipe it off with a napkin.
Asians eat with chopsticks and slurp on their soups with that noisy and annoying sound but it is their culture.
Hispanics eat tacos with their hands with the avocado sauce all over the place and never attempt to use fork and knife.
In my dear country Nigeria, people are behind the camera trying to tell us that the right way to eat garri, our staple food passed down to us by our ancestors is with fork and knife.
Most of you need to grow up intellectually and have some confidence in yourselves because you reek of low self esteem packaged in a nice body.

Hospitals in Nigeria can NOT reject gunshot victims simply because of a police report. It's wrong! We have a law against it!

Aside from it not making any sense, why would you go to a police station after being injured rather than to the hospital?

There's also a “Compulsory Treatment and Care of Victims of Gunshots Act, 2017”

This makes it compulsory for every hospital whether (private or public) to treat a victim of gunshot or stab wounds irrespective of whether the person has a police report or not

How do we make sure that this is implemented properly
