DRAFTKINGS TOOK $100,000 FROM MY ACCOUNT:

Last night, DraftKings went ahead and paid me out $18,500 in winning bets, along with $80,000 in pending bets on Pick-6.

Upon withdrawing a portion of the 18.5k DraftKings froze my account, rescinded the payouts and cancelled my withdrawal. Upon rescinding the money they unlocked my account with no communication or explanation. As the Pick-6 Sets were still pending I gave the benefit of the doubt and assumed it would be repaid.

They have now gone and systematically deleted all 9 of my slips, they’re no longer in the live category or recent picks.

THERE HAS BEEN NO COMMUNICATION from DraftKings regarding this in the last 16 hours.

Basically they screwed you told you they didn’t and if it wasn’t in the package oh well then you do the rightful thing and air this out and all of a sudden THEY FIND THE 1 of 1 I mean come on I’m happy you are getting your card but it’s a shame how they handled this

Update! They found the cards! They called me and shared the breaker accidentally put them to the side and they were missed by the shipping dept. The manager shared this was a lesson in improving their process

I'll update once I have have them in hand!
