My family's (3) 2026 healthcare insurance premiums are $34,000 in the "ACA" marketplace!

It covers nothing so we'll use a good portion of our $8,000/17,500 deductible on routine healthcare. We'll be over $40,000 total before dental.

None of us were sick this year.

Maybe stop endorsing a Democratic establishment that spends half its time warning us what Republicans will do to health care and the other half making sure Medicare for All never becomes the party’s actual governing position.

Look at Michigan. Voters choose Abdul El-Sayed and Medicare for All, and immediately the establishment starts turning that mandate into one of several respectable “paths.”
