Luther : “I am much afraid that the universities will prove to be the great gates of hell, unless they diligently labor in explaining the Holy Scriptures, and engraving them in the hearts of youth. I advise no one to place his child where the Scriptures do not reign paramount.
Have you ever noticed that the moment you buy a particular car, you suddenly start seeing the same model everywhere? The same thing happens when you buy a new shirt, pair of shoes or even learn a new word. It can feel as if the world has suddenly become flooded with it.
This is called the frequency illusion, also known as the Baader Meinhof phenomenon. The car, clothing brand or word hasn’t necessarily become more common. Your brain has simply decided that it is now important and starts paying more attention to it.
Two mental processes are at work. The first is selective attention: you notice what has recently become relevant to you. The second is confirmation bias: every time you see it again, your brain treats that sighting as proof that it really is appearing more often.
The interesting lesson is that we don’t notice everything around us. We notice what our minds have been primed to look for. This applies far beyond cars and clothes. Once you start looking for opportunities, problems, talent or evidence supporting a particular belief, you’re likely to see more of it. The world may not have changed. Your attention has.

I have a lot to say about Food Safety in Zimbabwe esp in Agriculture through pesticides being used
Post harvest interval is ignored
There are no checks for chemical residue we consume
Even the big fancy supermarkets you love… just check produce visually…
Who is responsible for checking safety of food because they are sleeping?
I can dare someone with resources to buy vegetables at 3 supermarkets and do chemical residue test
