For an apartment spread across 20 acres of land there has to be sufficient strength of security guards with tightened strength. This is completely missing.

Expansion joints must be sealed with proper water proofing from central park area.

Drain work is halted mid way and there are no footpaths either for residents to walk safely. People are forced to walk on roads and risk their lives. MLA and MP are seen only at the time of elections.
