Despite the attack on NDC Enugu State, they refused to be intimidated and still held their programme.
Well done to our incoming governor @SirChinyeaka for showing leadership and courage.
Travelling through three states in one day and receiving news like this at the end of it is all the adrenaline I need to keep going. ❤️📸
I’m truly grateful to have won Documentary Photographer of the Year at the Visual Conference Awards.
Special thanks to the convener, @idaraadiakpan, and my partner, @iamabjames , for being part of this journey from the very beginning, correcting my mistakes, and celebrating my wins in this field.
I’m especially grateful to my late father, who bought me my first camera long before I even became a photographer. Dad, you may not be here to witness this moment, but a part of this achievement belongs to you. Thank you for believing in me before the journey even began.
To my family, friends, and every Obidient who has cheered me on, encouraged me, and celebrated my work along the way, thank you. Your love and support mean more than words can express.
To our next president, @PeterObi, thank you for giving me the opportunity to tour Nigeria with you and capture the stories and moments that have now earned me this recognition. Every journey has been a story, and every image has been an opportunity to document Nigeria through the eyes of its people.
I look forward to the day we take this journey beyond Nigeria’s borders, touring the world with you when you become Nigeria’s president, documenting your engagements and the people you meet as you work to provide real-time solutions to our nation’s challenges.
This award is a reminder of how far I’ve come, the people who made the journey possible, and the stories I still have to tell.
HONOURING OUR HEROES BEYOND TRIBUTES
Today, I joined other Nigerians in Awka to celebrate the life and legacy of a distinguished senior military officer and diplomat, our departed elder, Lieutenant General Chikadibia Isaac Obiakor (Rtd.).
General Obiakor served our fatherland with distinction as a senior officer of the Nigerian Army. Beyond his military service, he also served as a diplomat and Military Adviser at the United Nations Department of Peacekeeping Operations. He truly lived an exemplary life of service worthy of emulation.
In my remarks, I reiterated my position that the men and women of our Armed Forces, both serving and retired, deserve the highest honour and respect, not only in life but also in death. Political leaders should personally identify with and honour those who have dedicated their lives to defending our nation.
The recent loss of our military personnel in the aircraft crash and the subsequent helicopter incident further reminds us of the sacrifices our men and women in uniform make every day for our country.
Our retired military personnel deserve timely pensions, accessible healthcare, and decent living conditions, while our serving personnel deserve adequate equipment, proper training, and effective medical care.
Those who defend our nation deserve a nation that protects their dignity and well-being.
May God Almighty grant General Obiakor eternal rest, comfort his family, and protect all our serving personnel. -PO
“Bola, when I proposed targeted support to ease fuel costs, you called me ign0rant of economic policy. you are like a dul student who copied his classmate's answer, you have done it so bl!ndly that the classmate's name at the top of his exam paper and then demanded marks for original thinking. You copied my production subsidy proposal, nothing wrong about that, you Stripped away the part that makes it work and handed Nigerians a 30-day discount. You see why it is good to go to school?”

When will this injustice end ?
Did you watch senator Victor Umeh on the floor of the Senate ? He has asked the question many are afraid to ask.
Why should a federal agency in the South-East get ₦4bn while the same agency in other regions gets ₦60bn?
One Senator is speaking...
But where are the South East Senators?
Leaders who speak up will always have a special place in my heart .
Kudos to Victor Umeh
Governor Alex Otti’s Abia State government, is expecting the delivery of 30 additional Green Shuttle Buses, comprising 15 intracity and 15 intercity buses, by the end of October. Once delivered, the state’s Green Shuttle Bus fleet will increase to 70 buses.
“Nigerian politicians are very w!ck£d. Can you imagine a whole so-called Giant of Africa still complaining about electricity in 2026? Sometimes, I call my friends to ask them whether they know who is responsible for switching off electricity in some locations in this country. I need to meet the person one-on-one.”
— Pastor Odumeje continues to call out Nigerian politicians.
Igbo bu Igbo, how is everyone so quiet about this?
Three Yoruba men in Oyo State allegedly wiped out an Igbo family of six, including their 5-year-old child.
They were reportedly dismembered, and their remains thrown into a stream.
And yet, there’s barely any outrage.
Where is the condemnation? Where is the demand for justice?
If we truly believe every life matters, then this family deserves to be heard too.
Justice for this family. Their lives mattered, and they must not be forgotten.
“If I see any of you at Onitsha Head Bridge celebrating that you maintained a 1950s bridge for the South-East, Holy Ghost will kpaiii you there. This country has no conscience. If you see the way the government is showing this bridge everywhere on the internet, you will think it is a newly constructed bridge, without knowing that it is a bridge built years ago. Imagine someone celebrating his car that he parked for over 50 years after repainting it.”
