@ScotRail I attached my QR code ticket & then typed in the UTR number. I think I’ve managed to get it to go through however we just sat outside queen st for 5 minutes meaning this train arrived late forcing me to miss my connecting train so I’m now delayed an hour not 30min, can I edit it?

@ScotRail why was it displayed that 19.15 Waverley to queen st was cancelled & I was told to get on the Dunblane, swap at Linlithgow, told while on the train scrap that & get off at Falkirk G & eventually get to queen st 35 minutes late, for me to see the OG train left anyway?!?

@ScotRail Had the staff on the ground told us all to hang fire I too would have celebrated the train going ahead, however we were told by staff to take this long route, if there was any indication the train would be heading off, I can’t imagine this all happened in the space of 15 mins.

@ScotRail I understand some things are out of your control but I think it’s unacceptable to say something is cancelled and then uncancel it. A delay is understandable and can’t be helped but I’m now going a wild, long route and it was completely avoidable.

@SomersetHouse can I check, if a time for Cute Exhibit are not available online, does that mean you can’t get a ticket for that time in person? Ie no point turning up that day?

@kieran_hurley You can also set up the app with drivers license as opposed to passport if you have that! I did the same thing so set it up with my provisional license.
