In the past, numerous airlines (Aer Lingus, Delta) have accommodated my requests even with a NON REFUNDABLE ticket due to health circumstances. @JetBlue refuses to do the same.

Flew a connecting flight #109 on @AerLingus on Friday 7/14/17. Luggages went missing, filed a claim still no response. No one is helping!
