The DOJ just announced the LARGEST HEALTH CARE FRAUD CASE IN HISTORY

Georgian national illegal alien Erekle Gugava was just charged with conspiring to launder proceeds of a $1.3 BILLION health care fraud scheme. He allegedly worked for a Russian-based criminal organization who stole billions from Medicare.

I really wanted everyone in America to feel this incredible energy, so I went and filmed Shinjuku’s Omoide Yokocho 🥰🏮✨

Right in the heart of Shinjuku, narrow alleys are packed with tiny yakitori joints and izakayas, overflowing with the glow of lanterns, smoke, the sizzling sounds of food cooking, and people drinking shoulder to shoulder.

Some places have only a handful of seats at the counter. Whether anyone speaks English or not doesn’t matter. Squeeze into a tiny spot, order some yakitori and a drink, and before you know it, you’re enjoying the same atmosphere with everyone who just happens to be there.

Put some cash in your pocket and dive into those alleys alone or with one other person.

Cary, let’s have another food science lesson for you. Canola oil is not bad for you, neither are “seed oils”. Wherever this started I don’t know, but chemically, canola, soybean, grapeseed, olive oil, avocado oil, are all nearly identical in their fat (triglyceride) and polyphenol composition.

They are putting tank-grown milk protein into real products and most people never notice.

It is called precision fermentation. Microbes in a vat are given the genetic instructions to make whey, the same protein you get from a cow. No udder. Same allergen. Sold as “animal-free whey.”

Breyers launched Lactose-Free Chocolate ice cream with it in 2024. Unilever and Perfect Day put out a press release. It went into US shops.

Starbucks trialled the same kind of milk in two Seattle stores in 2021. Signs on the counter. Not the whole chain.

Nestlé partnered on animal-free dairy drinks and a fermented whey powder.

It does not have to say “lab-grown” on the front. Look for “animal-free whey” or “non-animal whey.” If you have a milk allergy, it still counts.
