@IKEAIESupport I’ve tried to arrange a return by collection every single day since last week and every time, the agent tells me my address is invalid. The building is almost 200 years old and the driver was able to deliver so I can’t understand why they cant collect!

A pic from 10 years ago! That week I was fermenting ginger beer plant, which has its own interesting origin story. Apparently it was brought back by soldiers returning from the Crimean war. Smaller in grain size & slower to ferment than water kefir, but easily confused with it.
