@Mr_Husky1 I've never really worn full make-up. Even as a teenager, full make up for me just meant lipstick and mascara. I never wear make up now and haven't since about 45, now 56. But that's due to an allergy.
@Ned17Flanders@GigaBeers@stirssumup She wasn't rude to him, he was rude to her. He had a duty to answer her question civilly and to explain his process. If he had, she wouldn't have needed to ask on X.
@Halo_chains You shouldn't have to pay for "status waving" parties. If they want it in a restaurant, they should pay for it or have it and home with ice cream and jelly.
@IainSankey@OliLondonTV There is no such thing as Vitamin B12 "privilege"! We all need it, it is only present in animal products, and therein is the sad truth about veganism.
@OliLondonTV "It was the moment I stopped fighting the basic algebra of embodiment: for someone to live, [something] else has to die. In that acceptance, with all its suffering and sorrow, is the ability to choose a different way, a better way."
Veganism made both Lierre Keith and I very ill.
@OliLondonTV I have a similar story to that of Lierre Keith, author of "The Vegetarian Myth": https://t.co/IA0GgwjIGY
"In the narrative of my life, the first bite of meat after my twenty year hiatus marks the end of my youth, the moment when I assumed the responsibilities of adulthood..." (1)
@ErnieTheG@GenghisTebbit@AvonandsomerRob The cheek of some people asking questions but blocking you at the same time. Which passport are you talking about? My British one, or my Irish one?
@ErnieTheG@GenghisTebbit@AvonandsomerRob Well, no because you're not committed to being here in that case. Why are you keeping your Lithuanian nationality? You can still go there on holiday and don't use money as an excuse. Plenty of us don't have money to visit our parents' homelands (Ireland in my case).
@Kirjakulov@ErnieTheG@GenghisTebbit@AvonandsomerRob I simply meant don't use money as an excuse because everyone has money problems. There are rules and you're making a choice. If you don't like it here, go back to Lithuania.
