@ChoiceHotels soooo I’m hoping this will help get us some assistance. The local GM at @ClarionHotel in Broken Arrow, OK on Aspen Ave is not helping at all. We booked a double queen bc of a medical issue of one person in our group and were giving 1 queen the first night. So we had to have her sleep on the floor. And then we took a video before we left the room and her Apple Watch is on the charger to track her diabetes. We got back and it was stolen/gone. We were assured a refund bc of the room screw up and now we are getting the run around that we won’t. We need the money back since her health was compromised let alone her Apple Watch being stolen and we have video proof it was there and then gone. Can yall make this right?????
