Last Thursday Macomb Montessori Academy hosted nationally renowned children’s author Dwayne Reed! @TeachMrReed

MMA was the first school to hear a reading of Mr. Reed’s new book All Good in the Hood! His message connects with students through relatable, heartfelt stories.

Over the past few weeks many of our schools have hosted their state representatives as guest readers!

Last Monday we held our first Montessori Conference for all of our staff at our Montessori schools. It was a great day of learning, collaboration and fun! Thank you to all the wonderful presenters who brought so much knowledge and expertise to our sessions.

Yesterday we held our quarterly Thrive Program! We were grateful to have J. Lynn Jones there to walk us through Crucial Accountability, the second part to our Crucial Conversations teaming. It was an awesome day of learning and team building!
