The problems with the six-again regime are many. One that gets me, though, is that one infringement often leads to a second and successive infringements due to fatigue. A punishment is not supposed to induce further wrongdoing. It defeats the purpose, surely.

No proof but am convinced the Roosters thought they had to turn up to win with the middling Cows sans their 7 and best forward. I suspect they were also listening to everyone say how many of them were going to be playing Origin. On form I'd only consider Teddy, Toia and Robson.
