Someone asked me why I oppose the CCP.

1. Without truth, good is unknowable. The CCP has established the world’s largest and most sophisticated machine of information manipulation. Nearly all of the information you see about China has been thoroughly distorted by this apparatus. Even information coming from apparently credible sources is not an exception. Of all countries in the world, China is 2nd-to-last in freedom of speech, second only to North Korea. China runs massive propaganda campaigns in just about every medium, and increasingly does this abroad. In fact, the production of propaganda is perhaps the CCP's most central and prevailing tool of governance. Astroturfing Reddit and X, seducing and hiring white-skinned “experts” to speak in their defense, generally using every means possible to promote their narrative, which consists mostly of lies with a few truths speckled in for camouflage. If you want to witness this in action, find someone like @yaqiu or @sophiedrich and look at the systematic attack comments under their posts. Despite making huge efforts to conceal these as organic comments coming from various nationalities and ethnicities, careful examination shows that they share many common features. That's because they are all part of China's propaganda campaign, and not genuine commentary. The CCP hates the truth because its rule would have ended long ago if China's citizens were allowed to know the truth. But without access to truth, humans cannot seek what is good, because they cannot know it. Because of the CCP’s incredibly prolific record of lying, we must assume that all accusations against the CCP are true unless proven false. We must further assume that all defenders of China's system are state actors or bots. The CCP is hostile to truth.

2. Systematic erasure (genocide) of Uyghurs in Xinjiang. We have drone footage, we have satellite photos, we have many dozens of testimonies[1] from people who have escaped (which is very hard to do) and of course it’s even harder to speak out due to the risk of repercussions in the form of transnational repression. We have official CCP documents and even leaked data[2] from police servers in Xinjiang that were hacked. We even have cell phone footage taken by a brave citizen investigator[3]. If you have seen all of this evidence, you would be unable to think of any other explanation for it than this conclusion: the CCP is carrying out a modern-day Holocaust. If you have not seen this evidence, you have no business denying this. I don’t put this at number 2 because it is somehow less awful than number one, but I do so because we must have the means to seek truth about these claims, and the Chinese government’s primary objective is to deny us access to the truth. And yet the evidence is very strong and paints a damning picture of a totalitarian police state where many tens of thousands of people rot in jail, are systematically raped, involuntarily medicated, and are cruelly abused beyond any level most of us are capable of even picturing in our heads. China under the CCP is a maniacal, genocidal state that invests most of its resources in information manipulation to attempt to conceal the reality of CCP rule, because exposing the CCP's secrets would result in an almost immediate collapse of the regime.

3. An existential risk of human extinction. China’s likelihood of destroying humankind is greater than that of any state on Earth. The CCP commands the largest standing army of any dictatorship, as well as a nuclear arsenal. In addition to the risk of war, economic calamity, and the (already realized) epidemic of infectious disease originating in China, there is substantial risk that scientists in China experimenting with the technology they are frantically stealing from superior research organizations could accidentally unleash a global catastrophe far more grave than the Covid pandemic. Just as one example, a scientist in China used CRISPR to edit the genome of human beings in a move that shocked and horrified the global life sciences community. It's worth noting that even without malevolent states like China, these existential risks are quite significant. But when you start putting these powers in the hands of uneducated murdering maniacs, you are increasing the risk dramatically. China under the CCP is an existential danger to all of mankind.

Conclusion: All good human beings should take part in this task of opposing the CCP. The people of China are fundamentally good, and once the CCP's information warfare apparatus is destroyed, they will recognize that this was a difficult but necessary step. However, the CCP must be destroyed. All of its officials must be put on trial. Their assets must be seized and frozen. Their family members must have their passports confiscated and their foreign assets investigated. The CCP must be thoroughly dismantled.

China emits as much CO2 in 16 days as Canada emits in an entire year. Australia's annual total takes China just 12 days to emit. Britain's takes barely 9 days.

Combined, Canada, Australia and the UK emit about 1.23 billion tonnes a year. China emits that much in roughly 37 days.

So, even if all three countries eliminated every tonne of CO2--closing every factory, power station and banning every gas vehicle--China would replace the entire annual reduction in little more than five weeks.

Yet, Western governments are deliberately making energy scarcer and more expensive, by dismantling dependable sources, restricting oil and gas exploration and loading industry with carbon taxes and net zero mandates.

Steel, chemicals, fertilizers, refining and manufacturing are driven overseas -- often to countries burning more coal. So the emissions do not disappear. Only the jobs, tax revenues and energy security do.

The West impoverishes itself.

A 17 year old girl offered a lad a lift. That's it. That's her whole crime. Being kind. He got in. Then three more climbed in after him.

FOR SIX HOURS, police say, they raped her. Over and over. Driving her round Sydney in her own car like she was a thing, not a child.

Then they dumped her back in the driver's seat and walked off like they'd done nothing. She's SEVENTEEN and she has to live with this for the rest of her life.

That's one of them being marched out of a house in cuffs. The only one of the four old enough to be named. The rest hide behind their age. They were 14, 16 and 18.

Listen to the family screaming at the police. Why are you arresting him. Why him. Shut your mouth, don't say a word. Not one of them screaming for her.

Here's what police say happened, because it's worse than people know.

Half five on a Sunday. Liverpool Westfield, southwest Sydney. A 16 year old she'd never met starts chatting, all friendly, follows her to her car and talks his way in and while he's allegedly attacking her, police say he's on a video call to the others. Filming it. Sending it round. Calling them in.

So no, this wasn't something that just got out of hand. They were watching, allegedly, before they even turned up.

He asks for a lift to a park. She says yes, thinking he'll get out when they arrive. He doesn't. Two more are waiting. A fourth pulls up in another car. And then, police allege, they took control of her own car and drove her round the suburbs while it carried on.

The detective leading the case didn't hold back. She said it beggars belief that men would act this way over six hours and then the line that sticks. In all those six hours, not one of them stopped and said to the others, this is wrong. Not once.

Six hours. Till half eleven at night, when they allegedly left her in the car and walked off. She rang a mate, who drove her to the police station and this is the part that should make people sit up.

That girl, after all of that, gave police a detailed statement over several days. The detective called it the strength of the victim. She is the reason they had the evidence at all. She handed them the case.

Look at the charges if you think it's being overblown.

The 16 year old on his own faces 24 of them. Nine counts of sexual intercourse without consent. The 14 year old, ten more.

A dedicated unit, Strike Force Dungannon, was set up to chase it down and they didn't rush it for a headline. They waited SIX MONTHS to arrest the two older ones, quietly building the case so it would hold.

The moment they knew they could throw the book at them, they moved. When they did, they needed the riot squad to get them out of the houses and none of it happened last week. This was December 2024.

That girl has carried it for over a year already. And it's only grinding through court now, in 2026. Still going. Still not done. She's still waiting.

She was kind for thirty seconds. They took six hours and the rest of her life for it. Four of them. One girl and over a year on, she's STILL waiting for justice to catch up.

That's the world we're handing our daughters.

So remember her. Because the system already wants you to forget and ask yourself what kind of country leaves a child waiting this long.

By sabotaging our reliable energy base, enriching foreign suppliers (especially China), and weakening our economy and sovereignty, they function as economic traitors engaged in self-inflicted industrial sabotage.
