My Canada seller account was deactivated. Been trying to upload business verification docs. Says I need to contact seller support. They say they’re escalating my request, but I never receive a reply. Is there a direct way to contact the Captive Team or useful help?
My https://t.co/B7OFQNpf08 account was deactivated because of business verification issues. I think it may have been because I uploaded screenshots instead of scanned forms? To verify my sole proprietor business I have a DBA certificate (Doing Business As) from the State of Utah.
