@Delta1169 Because costs also rise… to make more profit, you need to raise prices even more when other costs go up. The cost of everything is insane these days, and the prices we pay have to match that. It sucks, but it’s true.

But still, I think they want to kill game pass.

@nyc_prophet I disagree… you can claim that. But tell me how the story of God of War, Ghost of Tsushima, Horizon, Ratchet & Clank, The Last of Us, etc. follow a template… they don’t. It makes no sense to make such a claim. They clearly don’t pay attention to any stories at all.

@emiya_ze @44F0rc3 If you mean BO6, most people would disagree with you. The only ones whining are the people complaining about stuff like anime and cartoon skins, which I think it’s dumb to complain about. CoD has always been arcadey. Just have a mode where people can’t use skins.

@Kirby0Louise This is why the tariffs only benefit the government. They get more taxes from us, plus tariffs from other countries, which don’t lose that money because we pay for the higher cost that makes it up for them. Higher cost means more taxes… only benefits the government.

However, to be fair, tariffs do mean more expensive prices all around. And we pay for tariffs. Countries raise the price of goods to cover their tariff costs, and we pay.

If not, I don’t really see it. It’s very similar to the first, but bigger, longer, and with a lot more variation with both playable characters etc.

@Jorraptor Horizon uses the budget well with the way the world, enemies, and visuals are designed. A LOT more variation and depth all around. Plus a more interesting story.

The Ghost series is great too though.

@Jorraptor Well I mean, the budget of Horizon FW certainly shows. Ghost of Yotei will mostly be repetitive terrain and similar enemies the entire game. It’s a simple design visually, but high quality for what it is. It’s a fun series. You don’t need a crazy budget for the style it has.

@SuperTimdog Yes, they’re showing they have SO many customers with their sales at almost a third of Sony’s. This is only going to make it worse.

Leave it to the Xbox fanatics to spin this as a good thing somehow. You guys make no sense.

PS5 Pro is more powerful and is $50 cheaper now.

@elonmusk Freedom of Speech doesn’t actually mean that we can actually say anything we want. There are limitations on more serious things. Which is fair, IMO. You shouldn’t be allowed to make serious threats etc., as you’re not allowed to IRL, either. Just stuff like that.
