@Ohnj117 Tony creating ultron is considered bad by the movie and everyone in it. The second tony realizes he hurt innocent people, he backs the accords, he stops ALL weapons manufacturing. Even the hulk in AoU feels remorse after when he sees people in terror. It’s not the same
