Has anybody had to deal with MyEnergi support when their Zappi fails? Registered failure on their site a week ago - rang support twice last week and waited over half an hour unsuccessfully each time for them to pick up; again 40 minutes in and no pickup
That’s Zappi for you!
1/ Starting a company is hard. It's way more stressful & lonely than most admit. Industry has been a cheerleader for years. But failures will go up exponentially now. I urge temperance in your urge to dunk on founders or funders who struggle. Humiliation + depression is dangerous
Great report recommend you download — > I was delighted to contribute to and to help launch today as well! Thanks for recommending @digitalboost_uk as a solution that really helps small businesses with all things digital!
@TheAA_UK An hour and a half to not answer a telephone call and 5 hours before attending the vehicle is unacceptable under any circumstances - clearly inadequately resourced!
@theAA_uk having first rung them at about 10:30 I was told Richford recovery services would be with me at about 00;15
At 00:40 Richford rang to say they “had problems with drivers” and would attend but could be another 2 hours. Tried several times unsuccessfully to get theAA
@TheAA_UK From an initial estimate by the AA of 1 to 2 hours for someone to attend ( that at 10:30pm) my immobile vehicle it was nearly 5 hours before I was helped ( at 3:15 am ) and after my first call it was impossible to get through to the AA - what sort of service is that?!
@TheAA_UK been waiting since 10:30 pm for the AA to attend breakdown; tried calling them again from midnight and held for 1hour 20min for their “emergency “ number to be answered and gave up. What a service!
@infoarbitrage@bradgillespie@beyroutey Roger - it was a privilege to have crossed paths with you and I can’t wait to see what adventures you will embark on.
@bealelab We'll soon find out when people from the red and amber zones head straight for the yellow zone over Christmas. Another stellar decision by the UK government 🙄
@bealelab If one listens to the video it is clear that she doesn’t claim it is correct but that the model fits the current data just as well as the Ferguson model and it is a mistake to assume either model is absolutely correct. And so to look, in a good scientific way, to pin it down.
This is amazing. And hopeful. Competence matters. I hope we get out of their way and let them mobilize immediately to create significantly more hospital bed capacity. Well worth watching
