@HalifaxBank Absolutely none. Just many many questions asking the same few things over and over again. And refusing to cancel the card when repeatedly asked. Questions that my partner asked were simply ignored and more stupid repeated questions fired back.

@HalifaxBank He’s hasn’t been advised to do anything. Nothing at all. He has told them which transactions are invalid and he just keeps on being asked things like where he keep the card. He needs to be told what to do and what will happen about the account
