A shocking one in six people die due to physical inactivity according to https://t.co/WhebN9KRMN (2019). The same figure as smoking.
This highlights the need for exercise prescription and preventative strategies to overcome the increase in non-communicable disease.

I’d still use ice for Acute analgesia, but would consider controlled loading slightly sooner (as recommended; walking, active ankle movement, single leg balance). Interesting thoughts.
