@LNER waiting at Newcastle expecting to get the 20:17 train to London. Assume you are not going to authorise us on the Lumo service so we will wait for the slow LNER train that arrives in London beyond tube services and taxi us home?

@Eurostar@EurostarUK What a miserable experience travelling between London and Paris and back with you has become. If I wanted to stand in a queue for 2 hours and arrive late I might as well fly. Very disappointed.

I saw a big hole dug on Holloway Road N7 and a load of @virginmedia types looking into it so perhaps there is hope that our Broadband and TV might be restored soon!
@chuchibum@virginmedia Hi Hannah. @virginmedia won’t give you a penny unless you complain. Use this site https://t.co/uj65xcuMx0 and when they fob you off escalate to @Ofcom. Even when when they do pay it is something rubbish like £1.50/day.
Just to remind everyone suffering from @virginmedia outage in N7... given they won't be honest with us please complain here: https://t.co/uj65xcuMx0 then if they reject raise to @ofcom. It costs them money to deal with each claim and maybe if they get enough they may be honest.
@virginmedia I am going to raise a complaint with you and @ofcom every time you change the ETA until you are honest with us because if nothing else it costs you money to handle.
For those in N7 suffering @virginmedia outage with constant fibs about when it will be fixed... Apparently Virgin will not let me out of my contract despite being unwilling to tell me what is going on. Want to move to @Relish and get away from these idiots ASAP
@virginmedia So how hard have you been working on these issues? Fix date went from yesterday at 18:00 to today at the same time and now you are saying tomorrow 12:00. I assume that is just as made up as all rest of your EYAs?
