@British_Airways 4 months is simply unacceptable. How can one company be so inept? Your team promised a response in 28 days, which was already preposterous to me and now it’s over 120 days. You should be embarrassed of your company. I’m going to file a report with the Better Business Bureau.

@HeathrowAirport my suitcase is in Terminal 5B and I need someone to help locate it. It’s with British Airways, but they are inept and it’s been sitting there for 2 days. I know it’s there because I have an Apple AirTag in it. It needs to be sent to Nice. Can someone please help?
