@SoVeryBritish Where I used to work, everyone had their own mugs for teas etc, I took in a Muppet Show mug I got when I was a kid with Kermit The Frog on it. Since then I have been known as Kermit to my colleagues from there. There are worse things to be called.

Stewart Fair, our late former Evening Citizen photographer friend, caught these wee tykes, in Govanhill, mid-explosion, after they'd tossed a banger into this street-sweeper's cart. And what a banger it must have been, it's blown the shovel clean in the air!
