@Pro__Trading We need to be crystal clear that her death is a result of three bullets put into her head at point blank range by Mr. Ross. Whether he was legally justified in that is up to a jury, I believe. Until the verdict, based on evidence and due process, Mr. Ross is presumed innocent.

@w_terrence Have a trial with full due process, and Mr. Ross is presumed innocent. He gets counsel the right to confront witnesses, put on a defense and try his case to a jury drawn from the community helps in open court. That is America.
