@au_tom_otive Sorry one last thing 😬 can the libbi be installed in a loft (as long as there is sufficient clearance/ventilation) or is it not recommended? I have seen some fitting guidence, but can’t see anything about loft installs.

@au_tom_otive I have 3.6 kw Solar, is there an advantage of going for the bigger inverter. Sorry for all the questions and I know I will have to book a consultation, but I am just trying to get my facts right

@au_tom_otive Brilliant thank you for your really quick helpful reply. Think the libbi might be the best system for my needs as some other systems just seem to treat the Zappi as a normal load so drain the battery first (from the limited research I have currently done) 👍🏼

@addiaddic75 BBC Watchdog did a piece on them. I replied to their thread on Twitter and sent an email to them including order number. Suddenly my order has been dispatched. Might be a coincidence, but worth a shot.
