It's never too late to start building! I'm 43 but I keep going every day. I have a full-time job, toddler and lot's of renovation to do, but it's possible to squeeze out a bit of time each day even if it's just 15 mins. Just keep the momentum going and it compounds every day!
Before you know it you have 1 product and at worst you've learnt loads or it's a success. If it's a success you double down on it and make more. If it fails you move onto the next project with all that new knowledge!
Keep going!
I sat down with @hthieblot.
He built and sold Curse.
He invests in AI and robotics.
He writes checks to 17-year-olds.
I asked how much due diligence he does.
He said he mostly invests “based on vibes.”
I am reporting this to the proper authorities.
Building in public is brutal now.
Even if you try to share lessons while hiding some information, it doesn’t work. Somebody went to Ahrefs and found the page I was posting about.
But I like being open and transparent. It fits my character. I don’t need to play games or constantly think about what I should or shouldn’t post.
Maybe I should just give up and go back to fully building in public again. I don’t know.
What are moats now?

@marclou I summarised your tweet CompletedI overworked myself. For the past 5 years, I barely took a day off. I shipped 30 startups, wrote 30,000 tweets, made 70 YouTube videos, and answered thousands of support requests. The weird part is, it never felt like work. It felt like

@marclou I went through a little burnout once before, in 2021. What helped me was going back to basics: training, reading, eating well, and sleeping 8 hours. It brought the hunger back then. I trust it will again!

@marclou like I lost it. So I’m taking a break. I’ll still do about an hour of maintenance work a day, but the rest of my time will go to real life. I’m training for Hyrox in Korea on May 25, so I’ll put my energy there for now and train 20 hours a week.
@marclou play. Until recently. For the first time in years, I’ve struggled to get things done. I don’t want to open my laptop. The things that used to make me happy suddenly feel heavy. That scares me a bit, because the playful side of work is what got me here. And right now, it feels
Before I work out how an AI Agent is going to test other AI Agents, I'm doing everything manually. A monotonous task entering 30 different prompts into each chatbot but I can work out exactly what I want the Agent to do in the future. First up is fin [.] ai chatbot.
Sorry to all the folks dealing with this.
If you've been affected, email the Comp AI team at [email protected] before the end of March with your Delve invoice, and they'll give you a year of @compai for free.
aiagentsverify [.] com now has an SLA summary so you can see what's expected immediately. View things like compliance add ons, expected uptime and response guarantee.

I'm getting 3 items for aiagentsverify [.] com and making sure they're how I want them. Much better to use a no-code tool to play around and iterate quickly than getting bogged down in coding. This is going to give all the data any procurement team needs and more.
