This is the olodo uprising we're talking about.
This girl had a niche. Always sounded so polished and put together in her interviews; until she decided to link up with peller because peller was racking up views
Now listen to the way she sounds like a motor park agbero. She couldn't influence peller. She couldn't polish peller. Rather, peller has her speaking and acting like him.
But through all this, she asked an important question: "your president nko? Did he go to school?"
I hope you all can now see why many of us fought tooth and nail to stop Tinubu from becoming president; but many others (and sadly highly educated people) supported him and helped him rig his way to the presidency.
Now, he has become a poster boy; one that boldly passes the message that not only do you not need education to achieve the highest office in the land, but you also do not have to worry about leading a life free of crime.
What Ycee refers to as Peller culture is actually Tinubu and APC culture
The attack on the education nerve Centre in Nigeria was heralded and is sustained by the APC because an educated populace is one that asks questions and demands accountability. An educated populace is one with the potential to revolt.
Therefore, they do their best to make sure people like peller and his like get platforms to keep showing impressionable naija youth that not only do they not need education, but also that they can make money by putting their foolishness on display; and by so doing, reduce the possibility of the government being held accountable by them.
The steep decline, rot, and decay in our educational system started the moment APC got into power.
Olodo uprising = APC uprising
As the World Cup Begins Without Nigeria
As the World Cup begins today across three nations, I identify with our teeming football followers and urge them not to be despondent that Nigeria is not participating, despite the abundant talent in our land.
Our failure to participate on the global stage is not due to a deficit of talent; it is a direct consequence of a deficit in leadership, planning, and institutional support.
The task of building a better Nigeria rests primarily on the shoulders of the younger generation. Do not watch the World Cup with despair; rather, see it as a reminder of where Nigeria ought to be. We must move our country from being a nation of mere consumers of global entertainment to a nation of proud producers and competitors.
A new Nigeria is POssible. -PO
@waletobi1@CaptainArinze Does it need to happen to everyone for you to acknowledge that there's a serious security situation in this country? People are being kidnapped and k?lled, and govt is not doing anything about it. But you don't us to do fear-mongering cos say we be Merlin abi?
A slightly long read, but I implore your patience 🙏🏽
On this day, 3years ago, the lives of millions of Nigerians changed from bad to worse.
We lost counts of the death toll.
Many lost their source of livelihood from international companies leaving, to personal businesses folding due to alarming cost of operations and meager patronage.
Some families have been left forever traumatized from losing loved ones to kidnappers, and terrorists, even after selling everything they owned to pay ransom.
Education is at its lowest, as tuition tripled with deceit of the NELFUND loan shark of a government.
Electricity became an opportunity for classism, with fraudulent different bands. It became both unavailable and unaffordable.
‘Epileptic’ suddenly became less a word to describe our national grid.
Without proper prior preparations and notice, cost per litre of petrol spiked from N198/L to N500/L, and N1350/L today.
I know this stoic government are banking on our usual amnesia on Election Day in January, 2027, but please while considering your stomach, think of your children and grandchildren.
What will be left of Nigeria if we continue like this???
Chelsea Football Club is delighted to announce the appointment of Xabi Alonso as Manager of the Men’s Team.
The Spaniard will begin his role on July 1, 2026, having agreed a four-year contract at Stamford Bridge.
Welcome to Chelsea, Xabi!
His Excellency Governor Dr. Alex Otti is doing more than effectively Governing and rebuilding Abia state and Aba - he's in fact doing much more than that.
Dr. Otti is re-building and re-uniting Ala-Igbo in the most significant and profound way. The hosting and official celebration of Agbogidi - The Obi Of Onitsha in Abia state is a demonstration of a true respect and reverence for Igbo traditional Authority as epitomized by the Obi of Onitsha. It also sent a clear message of Unity of Ndigbo at the time some misguided political leaders are desecrating and undermining the few reputable traditional authorities that have endured for centuries.
Since the transition of late Ikemba Ojukwu to the greater beyond, Ndigbo have struggled for a towering figure - a Unifying Leader that can command the respect of Ndigbo and Unite them beyond the artificial geographical boundaries - so they can be better prepared to stand together for their survival and for the protection of their strategic interests within the current federating units.
That search has not truly produced anyone yet until the emergence of Dr. Otti as the Executive Governor of Abia state. He's not quite there yet, but he's demonstrated the wisdom and courage that are consistent with the criteria whereby Ndigbo will unanimously agree that a leader of such caliber as late Ojukwu has truly emerged and shall willingly and at their own volition follow him.
Dr. Otti is spearheading what simply amounts to Igbo Renaissance and re- awakening without noise or bravado.
He recognized that the state of Abia and EnyiMba city Aba represents much more than ordinary state of urban area - he understood the historical and cultural significance of the state he's currently presiding over as the true heart beat of IGBO land and as Aba and Abia rises so shall the Igbo nation - hence he's rebuilding the state and repositioning it for what the true committed past leaders like late Dr. M.I. Okpara and Late Dee Sam Mbakwe intended for Aba to be - the engine room for the industrialization of the old Eastern region beyond the current restricted SouthEast zone.
We lend our voices to that of others across the world to wish a Royal Happy 85th birthday to HRM Igwe Nnaemeka Alfred Anachebe - the Obi Of Onitsha. We also say to Governor Dr. Alex Otti - JIDE KA IJI!
Gi bu Enyi na'aga Ndigbo so gi na Azu ... gwo gwo- n'gwo!!
Long Live the Great Igbo Nation!
Igbo Ga'adi!

My dear well-meaning Nigerians,
Our season has finally come.
The time we have waited for, prayed for, and worked for is here. Our principal, Peter Obi, is stepping onto the ballot once again in 2027, not as a politician chasing power, but as a servant ready to lead with the fear of God, compassion, integrity, and character. This is not just another election. This is Nigeria’s opportunity to rise.
Yes, the enemies of a greater Nigeria will throw everything at him. They will dig up old lies, manufacture new ones, and most predictably, they will try to divide us along religious and tribal lines. Do not be surprised. That is their only weapon. But we are wiser now.
Please, I beg you with all my heart: let us be smart. Do not follow them into the gutter. Do not trade insults. Do not allow their provocations to turn brother against brother or sister against sister. Instead, let us educate them with patience and truth. Let us speak about the urgent need for unity, the fight against injustice, the rebuilding of our country, and the total eradication of corruption that has held us hostage for too long.
Let us keep our eyes on the real issue: the bad governance of the Tinubu-APC administration. Let us calmly, relentlessly, and truthfully expose the massive corruption, the reckless spending, the unbearable cost of living, and the failure to secure lives and livelihoods. Share the facts online and offline. Speak to your family, your friends, your market women, your taxi drivers, your students, your pastors and imams. Let every Nigerian hear the truth in plain language.
Nigeria can be fixed.
Nigerians can be the best in the world.
We have the talent. We have the spirit. What we need now is competent leadership that unites us for prosperity.
Peter Obi’s unique style of governance is simple but revolutionary: lead by example, cut the cost of government, live modestly, and put the people first. He has done it before in Anambra. He will do it again for the entire nation. Under his leadership, we will not be divided by tribe or faith; we will be united by purpose, progress, and the shared dream of a Nigeria that works for every single citizen.
So ignore the distractions.
Face the government squarely.
Show the world why Peter Obi is the best choice for 2027 and beyond.
Let us rise together, not as Christians or Muslims, not as Igbos, Yorubas or Hausas, but as proud Nigerians who have chosen hope over despair, unity over division, and excellence over mediocrity.
The season has come.
Let us seize it with wisdom, with love, and with unshakeable focus.
Together, we will build the Nigeria of our dreams.
God bless you.
A New Nigeria is POssible ✅️
I’ve received so many disturbing reports about IMO State University.
The students extortion, sorting and sex for grades in that university is on another level.
Students cannot speak up or they will be heavily victimized.
It’s a very terrible university.
We will identify the evil lectures, expose them and jail them.
These activities weakens the quality of our graduates.
We need to restore the glory of our institutions and start producing globally respected graduates that will lead the new workforce revolution in Africa.
I just finished a long call from the Abia State Government team regarding the current state of Abia State University.
Investigations will commence immediately.
Their word is that if after the investigation and it requires them to fire 90% of the staff to sanitize the system, they will do it.
We will not tolerate extortion or students molestations in our universities anymore.
We will expose them, show their faces and jail them.
Extortions, molestations and sorting is the major reason why we have low quality graduates in our universities.
It must stop!
Fellow Nigerians, good morning.
I woke up this morning after my church service with a deeply reflective heart, and despite every constraint, I felt compelled to share these thoughts with you.
Many people do not truly understand the silent pains some of us carry daily—the private struggles, emotional burdens, and quiet battles we face while trying to survive and serve sincerely in difficult circumstances.
We now live in an environment that has become increasingly toxic, where the very system that should protect and create opportunities for decent living often works against the people—a society where intimidation, insecurity, endless scrutiny, and discouragement have become normal.
More painful is when some of those you associate with, believing you would find understanding and solidarity among them, become part of the pressure you face. Some who publicly identify with you privately distance themselves or join in unfair criticism.
We live in a society where humility is mistaken for weakness, respect is seen as a lack of courage, and compassion is treated as foolishness—a system where treating people equally is questioned simply because you refuse to worship status, tribe, class, or power.
Personally, I have never looked down on anyone except to uplift them. I have never used privilege, position, or resources to oppress others, intimidate the weak, or make people feel small. To me, leadership has always been about service, sacrifice, and helping others rise.
Let me state clearly: my decision to leave the ADC is not because our highly respected Chairman, Senator David Mark, treated me badly, nor because my leader and elder brother, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, or any other respected leaders did anything personally wrong to me. I will continue to respect them.
However, the same Nigerian state and its agents that created unnecessary crises and hostility within the Labour Party that forced me to leave now appear to be finding their way into the ADC, with endless court cases, internal battles, suspicion, and division, instead of focusing on deeper national problems and playing politics built more on control and exclusion than on service and nation-building.
Even within spaces where one labours sincerely, one is sometimes treated like an outsider in one’s own home. You and your team become easy targets for every failure, frustration, or misunderstanding, as though honest contribution has become a favour being tolerated rather than appreciated.
And when you choose to leave so that those you are leaving can have peace, and you step out into the cold, you are still maligned and your character is questioned. Despite all your efforts to continue working for a better Nigeria and engaging people with sincerity and goodwill, those who do not wish you well continue to attack your character and question your intentions.
There are moments I ask God in prayer: Why is doing the right thing often misconstrued as wrongdoing in our country? Why is integrity not valued? Why is the prudent management of resources, especially when invested in critical areas like education and healthcare, wrongly labelled as stinginess? Why are humility and obedience to the rule of law often taken to be weakness rather than discipline?
Let me assure all that I am not desperate to be President, Vice President, or Senate President. I am desperate to see a society that can console a mother whose child has been kidnapped or killed while going to school or work. I am desperate to see a Nigeria where people will not live in IDP camps but in their homes. I am desperate for a country where Nigerian citizens do not go to bed hungry, not knowing where their next meal will come from.
Yet, despite everything, I remain resolute. I firmly believe that Nigeria can still become a country with competent leadership based on justice, compassion, and equal opportunity for all.
A new Nigeria is POssible. -PO
