@OctopusEnergy Enough now. On 27 Aug, you sent a engineer to alter my EV Charger to stop it draining my solar battery. The fix was bungled. I reported it 29 Aug. You delayed. Chase. Delay. Get in touch tomorrow or I contact solicitors.
@lisareality1 Had a guy in his 80s drive towards us on the M4 just before Membury Services. He just turned right, then drove the wrong way down the fast lane. Stopped by the contraflow at the roadworks a few miles later.
This was 1988. Not new nor restricted to the young. But it is very scary!

I first complained about an excessive over estimate of my electric consumption in Feb. In Mar, Octopus identified the problem - someone had fat-fingered a X10 multiplier into my bill entry. Still not sorted. Absolutely useless customer service
@OctopusEnergy So, I reported my gas meter as broken on 21 Jun. Finally, after a mere 87 days, you contracted repair on 16 Sep. Now I get an estimated closing bill that's 100 m3 high. How do I raise, then escalate a formal complaint? @EnergyOmbudsman
@EnergyOmbudsman it's been 82 days since I first reported a broken gas meter to @OctopusEnergy. Asked them today to just get in touch and arrange a date, before winter sets in, to come round and fix the meter. Epic fail. How much can I charge them per day I'm without a meter?
@OctopusEnergy I reported a broken gas meter to you on 24 Jun. Here we are nearly 3 months later and, nothing. Any chance you might do something before I need to put the heating back on?
@EnergyOmbudsman
What government did yesterday was legalise profiteering by water companies, fat cat salaries and corporate greed, all of it to be funded by bill payers.

@DrNeilHudson, are you actually going to use your vote to stop dumping sewage in our rivers this time, or will you choose party over country? Please prove me wrong about you.
