@lukedsimmons Indeed! There seems to be a faulty understanding of boundaries (the book among adult children/the consequential concept among parents post-repentance). I also hear a lot of 'third-party diagnosis" from layers of therapists. Then, tragic silence and families torn apart.

Good Friday reminds me that God is not absent in those places. The cross looked final, but it was not final. Today I’m grateful for Jesus, who did not turn away, and for the hope that costly faithfulness is never wasted. 3/3

The cross looked like weakness and loss. What appeared to be the end was actually the place where Jesus was finishing the work only he could do.
