This tracker is part of my VA portfolio, which also covers calendar management, client pipelines and Notion task systems.
Do you track your follow-ups in a sheet, or just in your inbox? π
Every lead needs a next-action date. Otherwise it quietly dies in your inbox.
Here's a sample follow-up tracker I built in Google Sheets: status, priority, next action and due date for every email.
Sample project π
#VirtualAssistant#GoogleSheets
How I set it up:
β’ Working hours and time zone set in the calendar settings
β’ Calendar shared so everyone sees the same schedule
β’ Every appointment added with clear details
β’ Reminders go out automatically
What's the biggest scheduling headache you deal with?
Most double-booked meetings come from one thing: nobody confirmed the time zone.
My fix: a shared calendar with color-coded appointments, full details on each booking, and the time zone confirmed in writing.
Sample project.

@azakegrn Respect for the energy, boss! π₯ I'm building a remote VA business from Nigeria, and seeing people give back like this keeps me pushing. Keep winning!
π Sample project: Notion client task system
Requests come in β I log them on a board by priority. Each task has a status, deadline and owner, so nothing slips.
One board shows what's done, what's next and what's urgent.

@Timatinzzz Well said. Urgent, Follow Up, Waiting, Done is a simple setup that clients can actually keep using. The filter step is what makes it stay tidy.
Before: payment alerts, security notices and newsletters all looked equally urgent. After: labeled inbox, filters that sort new mail, clutter unsubscribed.Sample project on my own inbox. What's the first thing you'd fix in yours #VirtualAssistant#EmailManagement#RemoteWork
Sample project: a client pipeline board for a coaching business.
Most coaches lose leads after the first message. Fix: every enquiry gets a card with a next action and date.

@AlexHormozi Half agree. Sometimes the answer isn't irrelevance, it's distribution. Plenty of people use AI to build the right thing and still make nothing because nobody sees it.
@claudeai Curious where the 'up to 30%' lands on real workloads. Would love to see numbers for long-context and tool-heavy tasks, not just short prompts.
@angeldot_ Big win for creators who were paying editors just for rough cuts. The editors who'll thrive are the ones selling taste and storytelling, not timeline labor
@ayebytes I've seen this from the automation side. Tasks that took hours now take minutes, but someone still has to design the workflow and check it's right. The work changed shape rather than disappearing.
