Don't trust @ATT. In fact, never trust @ATT. And their alleged @ATTHelp is a charade. It will just be an entire waste of your time. Just transfer to another carrier like @TMobile before even bothering trying to get support from AT&T. I'm looking forward to transfering next week.
I have ran out of fingers to count the amount of times @att and @ATTHelp have lied to me about fixing my issue that they caused, refused to fix, and then made worse...agents have also lied about not seeing notes on my account that later were suddenly magically seen again.
@skipper We also have had way too many people not taking lock down seriously. Some people still go to parks and preserves, shedding trails of coronavirus in their paths. Some even have house parties like this is some kind a holiday.
@toniftw Switch providers? I thought there was a big push for NOT throttling during this pandemic. If they're one who promised to not throttle, call them out.
@JustSeum It's an unhealthy expectation to think you can never be sad or never have bad days, no matter who you are, how rich you are, how healthy you are. It is okay to be sad at times. It's completely natural.
