@nickmangwana It’s not November. I was told the licence was ready in Harare. I went there only to be told it was posted to Chinhoyi. Chinhoyi post office is saying it has still not arrived yet. In between someone informed that if Zim paid $150 I can get it quickly.

@nickmangwana Agreed, but there should be systematic governance of those delivering service. Corruption is the effect of lack of systematic governance. I m waiting for my driver’s licence in Chinhoyi. I took my competency test in June and was told the licence would be ready in 3 weeks.

@daddyhope Mayors in the UK don’t run ambulance services. That is dont by the NHS which has its own governance structure not aligned with City Councils. In any case why speak to Chamisa when he has no authority on Local government issues even his party runs most of the urban centres.

@daddyhope Lack of work experience by Chamisa and CCC MPs is at play here. Disengaging for 2 weeks is strike action by another name. It means withdrawing one’s labour from a workplace. As such no wages or allowances should be expected. Why can’t Chamisa formalise his movement?
