Secondly, the type locality for Pugsley’s marsh orchid is in the RoI. And lastly the use of the term ‘British Isles’ is not recognised by RoI and is so out dated. Even the BSBI have come up to date.

@DeborahLambkin @MackeyMoore I know them as ‘lawn dogs’. Guarded the edges of lawns as a ‘do not walk on grass’ or ‘do not walk on edges’. That’s why they are more familiar from public green spaces.
