@Hoosier_Huddle @ItzYonderr Not sure about that. @Oregon, @Iowa, & @Penn State for ‘25. I don’t see 3 games tougher than that. The only questionable road test is Michigan and maybe Washington depending on how their qb drama plays out. That schedule looks much more favorable than 2025 to me.

@ClasslessVol Derek Owings is an awesome s&c coach. So, congrats. Winning is about the sum of all the parts. Cig knows what he’s doing. Tino left last year and we brought in Whitmer who just coached Mendoza to a heisman. UT just got a little better, but IU will find someone exceptional.

@JakeCrain_ Technically, he said it at his first “signing day” presser. Not his “opening presser”. It was his frustrated response to being asked the same question by reporters 15 times as to how he will sell the program to future recruits.

@MiamiCanes1971 It’s been full before 2024. Rarely, but it happened. The best example I can give where it wasn’t a bunch of Ohio State fans is when I was there in 2007 against Purdue. Coach Hep had passed away the summer before and they needed a win to “Play 13”. Amazing atmosphere pre Cig.

@JohnMassingale4 Every fanbase has bandwagon fans. I’m not even sure why this is a discussion. Have a couple of down years and you will see attendance dwindle for any program. There is a core of every group who will remain devoted. Whether there are bandwagon or new fans who cares?

@GrantReacts1 75 is Zen Michalski. He isn’t a starter. He is an Ohio State transfer who has backfilled for injuries and is a depth player. Benson was banged up at the end of the season. Carter Smith has allowed 5 pressures and 0 sacks all season. lol

@CFBwSam One big component Cig often talks about is staff continuity. If IU loses a coordinator I feel pretty confident Cig will promote from within. No guarantee these hires will exceed expectations, but I still believe Lanning is a top coach. He’s still young too.

@CFBwSam Pate picking against IU is a good thing. I get more nervous when everyone is picking IU to win. There’s always someone who goes against the masses so they can make themselves out as a genius in the off chance they are right. Pate is wrong as often as he is right. Not concerned

@Jared_Kelly7 Geez. People really need to get off CDD’s case and have patience. Especially the media. I see people asking for crean back who didn’t win more than 12 games until his 4th season. This man is in his 1st with a completely new team. Cig has us spoiled with unreasonable expectations.
