@bavecal@EpochTimes Regular classroom teachers, whether they are Christian or not. Non-believers teaching Christian doctrine. It isn’t a separate class.
@tiffanyneill He said he is going to choose the version and which stories will be used. Well, he said he would work with the districts to do so, but he doesn’t in anything else, so…
@davidfholt I was on the field, in the color guard. I still have my flag. I marched in the parade of states and stood with the water polo team. It was an amazing memory! I predicted years ago that we were going to try for the Olympics, and I am so glad I was correct!
@RobinBroadway4@kfor I will ask you the same question I ask everyone crying “union,” what power do the unions have in Oklahoma that you don’t want them to have? Because we are an at-will state, they don’t hire or fire, and they have nothing to do with curriculum. And no, I am not a union member.
@Cabal_Educator They believe him. They believe this whole thing is a conspiracy, that all of the evidence is wrong, and everybody involved is corrupt. They also believe that everyone else does what he did, so he shouldn’t be punished.
@aimeeu2 @Maruva2000@sage_stage Yes. You joined the line at your own will. And waited in that line. You didn’t go to the front of the line and tell everyone else you are more important. This student did have a line to join at will. They were 3rd. Mom told everyone else in line her child was more important.
@LLH713 @DofD_OKLAHOMA @RyanWaltersSupt No. They kept people who maintain the fields employed, which was approved by the SDE. The rule changed 6months after this money was spent. The OSDE person who reviewed it all a couple weeks ago said there were no problems. Since his person didn’t agree, he went to the media.
@cowboyattaboy@tcblume@RyanWaltersSupt Or it could mean that the district had SDE permission to spend it that way, so they did. Then 6 months later the rule changed. Then Walters sent someone to review the district’s books and that OSDE person said everything was fine. Then Walters sent this to the media.
@LibsBeCrazy @Logically_JC And yet the Oklahoma legislature is trying to pass a bill that requires them in every public school classroom. As an 18 x 24 poster. It is being supported by the Superintendent of Public Education. The question is relevant to anyone paying attention to politics. #OklaEd
@keithsklar@wsuares The voucher is a refundable tax credit. They get the amount of the voucher regardless of whether they paid tax or not. So yes, public money is used.
