🚨 NOW: NPR RETRACTS story that Samuel Alito has retired from the Supreme Court
He’s a SUPER reliable vote for this republic and America.
We need him, and when he does retire, his replacement needs to be IMPECCABLE. The same goes for Clarence Thomas.
Bless this patriot 🇺🇸
You should be surprised by the birthright citizenship case. You should be surprised that it didn’t lose by more. I am.
You should also not freak out. You don’t want to hear this, but I’m going to tell you anyway. The majority opinion is not so outrageously wrong as to justify you wetting yourself. After all, it affirmed the common and accepted position for about a century and a half.
Yes, I think the Constitution does not require birthright citizenship. But the legal argument for it isn't so outrageous or crazy that you should freak out. Robert and Barrett are not traitors; they adopted what, until a few years ago, was the common understanding of the 14th Amendment whether we like it or not or agree with it or not (the leftists are hacks who will always do with the left wants regardless of the Constitution).
Instead, we need to focus on getting that fifth justice who will correctly analyze the issue
It is very, very easy to see where we go from here:
Visa restrictions that anyone who is past say five months pregnant does not get a visa.
Constitional amendment to eliminate birthright citizenship.
This has been pointed out by me and others for decades
🚨 JUST IN: Mass outrage is erupting against SCOTUS Justice Amy Coney Barrett after she decided to uphold mail-in ballot “election month” rather than reinforce an ELECTION DAY nationwide
A serious disappointing moment for her.
ONLY PROVES WE NEED THE SAVE AMERICA ACT
They did NOT block Congress from changing it.
So get it done for the republic, Senate GOP! 🇺🇸
RNC v. Watson was an interpretation of an existing federal statute.
Nothing is stopping Congress from explicitly disallowing most Mail-in ballots arriving late for federal elections. Congress needs to get on that immediately.
