Mahomes had risen to the occasion so many times this year, it felt like he couldn’t be stopped — a quarterback at the apex of his powers, on the cusp of becoming the GOAT.
Then Fangio happened. Here’s how Philadelphia changed the course of NFL history: https://t.co/0KAJZ4B0cc
Rookie Wide Receivers
Target Share x Air Yards Share
Malik Nabers is in a tier of his own 👑
Brian Thomas Jr. ranks among some of the best WRs in recent history 👀
Marvin Harrison Jr. will be just fine - finished with a 22% Target share & 43% Air Yards share
Since the Jaguars' bye week, Brian Thomas Jr. has been an elite WR1 in usage and production 🚀
Over the last 3 weeks, BTJ is averaging:
• 31.3% Target Share
• 44.6% Air Yards Share
• 28.3% Targets per Route Run
• 17.8 Expected Fantasy Points
Time to drop all my stats recapping today’s games via @FantasyPtsData!
1. Brian Thomas Jr…
From Weeks 1-8 pre-chest injury: 2.81 YPRR (would have been the best rookie WR season since 2021)
Since the bye:
29.4% target share (~WR2)
89.0 receiving YPG (~WR5)
22.6 FPG (~WR2)
Leaders in Weighted Opportunity Rating
Week 11 (Pre-SNF & MNF)
George Pickens accounted for 73% of the team's air yards 🤯 (and 38% of their targets)
Jauan Jennings... the 49ers' WR1
Another week of WR1 usage for Jaxon Smith-Njigba
Rome Odunze led the Bears in usage vs GB
@Sherman_FFB @UnderdogFantasy @EstablishTheRun@ShipChasing@LegendaryUpside Massive L for the twitterverse but congrats and good luck Sam! You’re one of the best - the sarcasm, (partial(?)) bits, and derogatory “that’s fair”s made your content top tier (and in-depth analyses). Your voice will most definitely be missed 🫡
Since we're all looking for answers at TE, thought this would be useful ...
Here's every team's Week 1 TE leader in route rate, along with their target share:
Production Snapshot of #PackersvsEagles
Saquon Barkley was efficient, but it's his elite RB1 usage that stands out with 18.9 Expected Fantasy Points
Jayden Reed was explosive (+21.0 FPOE), but his usage remained in WR3/flex range
AJ Brown continued to dominate targets/air yards
Romeo Doubs led Green Bay with a 21.9% target share
Tucker Kraft had a quiet night but was clearly the Packers' TE1 in snaps and target share
Pre-snap motion rates took over the NFL in '23. Mike McDaniel's "cheat motion" for Tyreek Hill got all the attention, but motion rates were up across the board
Does that matter at all for fantasy? Should we care about the Xs and Os of pre-snap motion?

Two years ago I came up with the term The Money Zone when identifying pockets of ADP where we continually find massive WR ADP Winners.
There have been HUGE winners from this range of positional ADP for four straight seasons since I have actively tracked it.
