@PureGym Hey I'm logged into my account and I've tried to upgrade my membership in the "Your Packages and Upgrades" area but I don't have any option to upgrade. It just says email [email protected] but the email bounces back as I don't think the email exists?

@ExpressTestUK I am return from amber list soon. I got an email saying @ExpressTestUK would call to discuss the changes. Heard nothing.

I called and after 1 hour in the phone queue I was told I'd be getting an update and call soon. But time is ticking and I need a response ASAP!

@UberUKsupport it's the third tim in three weeks that I've been sent the wrong order...

and it looks like that's why I am not being helped here. last time my chicken wings didn't arrive. now I was sent the complete wrong order.

@Uber_Support Uber eats sent me the wrong food order. I sent picture evidence of the wrong order, and asked for my refund... then got an automated message saying there's nothing they can do about it???
