Had a fantastic customer experience today with Dillian (a chat agent) today @Hyatt - polite, knowledgeable and straightforward.

I was hoping to be able to start posting positive customer experiences on X - but find myself posting a poor customer experience now with @PetroPoints @petrocanada , although they acknowledged it was their fault, they were happy to give me 500 points, which is worth $0.50 🤣🤣

@CanRevAgency yes I know there are automated options and I also have “my account” setup, and I am aware of chat feature - which isn’t setup for - Account Rep - which is my situation - but going on over 3 weeks now where I can’t get ahold of an agent? What are my options?!?

Consumer product pricing has been an interest of mine....noticed @CBCheeses a few weeks ago with the Subtle 12% price increase by decreasing their size from the common 450g to 400g...as a consumer not happy paying more, brilliant price increase that may go unnoticed by most..
