A: Take what you’re doing right now and blow it up. Organizations struggle because they operate within the box they’ve always been in. A good place to start is looking at what you’re doing with #ExternalEngagement (1/2)

A: They don’t realize that #engagement is making it about the receiver, not the sender. Engagement doesn’t mean that employees are happy. It means that you have drawn them in and let them be apart of the dialogue by choice

A: I believe that when everyone zigs, you should zag. I look at organizations move to #DigitalMarketing, so #PrintAds can still be a way to cut through the noise to do something different for your #Brand.
