@TPEassist @theTRUpgrade Thanks for looking into it, I totally understand the works are needed and are extensive and complicated but also if customers in Scarborough and Redcar can get across the pennines without having to change so should customers from Hull and beyond. 🤷‍♂️

@theTRUpgrade @TPEassist Whilst I appreciate the long term benefits of the TRU, could we not have at least one or two direct trains between Hull and Manchester in May, your still running direct trains from / to Redcar and Scarborough so can't we alternate some Hull trains in?

@TPEassist @theTRUpgrade Hi Charlotte, could you clarify further, for example today the 19:22 is a train to Scarborough which will run to Leeds via Brighouse, yet I'd have to change at Leeds for the Hull train, so my question is if the Scarborough train runs via Brighouse why can't the Hull one?

Hey @BootsUK I think you need to take a look at how many staff you have working at the Pharmacy counter at Manchester Arndale, 40-50 minute wait for prescriptions is not good enough. 😐

@HMRCcustomers after spending 45 minutes on the phone waiting to be answered you then answered and then attempted to transfer me to the correct department and they disconnected me, absolutely appalling phone service. You don't even get the phone options until 3:50 into the call!

Hi @TPEassist any reason why there are no direct trains to Hull from Manchester Victoria in October, I know for September Huddersfield is closed so we have to change in Leeds but just looking for the 13th October and there's still no direct trains?
