Clearly, aspiring to a good state education is not worth bothering with.
Rather than bringing back #nationalservice. How about about investing in young people and give them the help they need. Like access to mental health services without 2.5 year waiting lists and a bright future. #ToriesDestroyingOurCountry

@CantabKitty What are you hoping to gain from a post like this? Sadly a common theme. I experienced this in school as teachers told me that I couldn’t do the ‘higher’ paper because I wasn’t bright enough. All too often this can still be heard in classrooms.
@MsGHist One that really got me when stepping up was the opinion of others if you left before 4pm. I think the perception of others has a huge impact on senior leaders.
11 weeks into my time as an Assistant Principal. I’m not entirely sure where these last few weeks have gone! It’s a whirlwind but enjoying every second of it. However my caffeine addiction is reaching new heights.
