Period.

I am signing an Executive Order allowing the state to take ventilators and redistribute to hospitals in need.

The National Guard will be mobilized to move ventilators to where they are urgently required to save lives.

@JohnToussaintMD Bad wording on my question. Besides the restrictions on who (age, citizenship, etc). What are the obstacles for an employer to adopt the Medicare Advantage framework?

@JohnToussaintMD John - Fantastic idea! Forgive my ignorance, but what prevents an employer or group (Amazon, JPMorgan, BH) from using Medicare Advantage?
