ADVICE TO YOUNG MEN NEWLY EMPLOYED
The Amerix community has numerous opportunities for its followers.
The connections are always beneficial.
During the last Men's Assembly, I witnessed 3 young men being assured of instant employment.
Seeing jobless young men being given a new lease of life through these connections is amazing.
However, once these young men get the jobs, they vanish.
They never give feedback or bother to update their experiences.
Only for them to reappear later with sob stories of how they lost their jobs or conditions didn't favour them to continue. Therefore, they need me to connect them to any other available opportunities.
This kind of self-entitled attitude is so nauseating and repulsive.
I always block these kinds of people when they come to my inbox.
So, if you are a young man who has just been employed or has found a short contract, do the following:
Please don't blow it once you receive your first salary, payment or profit.
• Take 10% to church, mosque, charity, or any structured self-help group to support the weak, sick, needy or meek.
• Take 10% and give it to your parents – ( 60% to your Father and 40% to your mother). They can choose to blow it or pay your siblings' fees.
• Take 5% and give it to the person who connected you to the job. If it were contractual work, take 10% and give it to the person who connected you to the contract.
• Take 10% and save.
• Budget the rest (60%) for your expenses ( 35% pay your debts, 25% foot your bills).
This is on your FIRST SALARY or PAYMENT.
Don't receive the money, and the first thing in your head is a phone, a laptop and alcohol.
You will block future opportunities.
Don't say, "It is my money, I have worked for it, and I deserve all of it."
It is not your money. Nobody owns money.
Money is just an idea held in trust by a legal tender called currency.
Money is a system of mutual trust and shared belief, enabling cooperation among strangers.
Therefore, the most IMPORTANT things here are TRUST and COOPERATION.
What would it benefit you to pocket the money and lose the mutual trust and Cooperation?
Don't take this for granted.
Remember, the war is spiritual.
Win it at the spiritual level.
Stop sleeping,
Wake up!

Men,
I usually see people throw cold water at successful men who grew up in rich families.
Nothing like that.
Even if you came from a rich family, it needs masculine temerity to start a successful business.
People who say "he came from a privileged family that is why he is rich" don't know how rich men put their sons through rigorous upbringing for them to have a share of their wealth.
No GENUINE wealthy man who built his business from scratch will just sit and watch his sons waste away into laziness.
No genuine wealthy man leaves his wealth to lazy children.
If you let your sons become lazy and entitled, your legacy will be drained into oblivion.
Raise competent, righteous, productive sons.

Men,
How do you claim you love God whom you have never met, but hate your brothers & neighbours whom you meet every day?
You are a hypocrite.
You are a heathen.
You are worse than an infidel.
Your spirit will roast in the fiercest embers of hell.

Dear Businesses, buy a SAFE. Revert to Cash Only payments. Keep your money there. It is not fair to be willing to pay taxes & be compliant yet there is no accountability on how they are used. All of them are being looted.
KRA needs to understand our pain & frustration .
Posting your struggles attracts low vibe people, posting your successes attracts the evil eye. Nothing is worth explaining.
Stay private, keep them guessing.
If you are a cab driver, don't carry drunk women.
They will land you in trouble.
Remember, your wife and children are waiting for you at home.
Be safe.

Let me tell you something,
Minimize contact with your woman as much as possible.
Have your own room or house away from her. Women are irrational and will manufacture chaos depending on their emotions and mood.
Men today are caught up in this chaos all the time.
Do you think our forefathers were primitive to have their own houses while women and children in their own houses?
The white man introduced into us cultures that are dysgenic like forcing a man to live with a woman in the same house for life.
Having your own room or house and enforcing the boundaries turns you into a focused man with a strong frame.
Let that woman miss you.
The problem here is that men of today are so feminized, they grew up attached to their mothers that their aim of marrying is to be breastfed and be pampered by their women.
Unlearn.
