@Avis has eventually admitted they have no hire car locally and I have to get 1.5 hrs away to Valance to get a car. It took @Enterprise and @TeamEuropcar_en almost a day less to do this and they stumped up for the full taxi cost rather than ‘some of it’.
@CareTeamAvis Already spent time on call with a scammer with a similar Twitter handle earlier. They couldn’t pass basic fraud checks and I’m doubting you could either.
Absolutely appalling customer service from @Avis. Our rental car was damaged in storms in France yesterday and we are now over 20 hours into trying to contact anyone at Avis to sort it out. Must of called 100 times and been hung up on several times.
@Avis after putting a message on here earlier I was contacted by Phone and over a separate Twitter account. They were unable to satisfy basic for checks for me to be able to verify it was a legitimate call and I was asked to enter bank detail details into a unfamiliar app,
@Avis I am in Ardeche in France - our car was damaged in the extreme weather yesterday. We have not been able to contact anyone from Avis for 18 hours now despite calling over and over. Been hung up on after being in lengthy call queues three times now.Appalling customer service
@EseTomFindlay@RoryMaw@Lea_EFC Love this. ‘Mid air’ contact that makes Palmer stand on Woltemade. 😂😂
Come on. Step back. Calm down. Look at it slowly with a clear objective head. I know you can do it if you really try.
@LatitudeFest Unbelievable that this is the first official comment after the chaos that has clearly been going on most of the day. Not even any details on which entrances and gates are still open. Awful.
@MickCarr23 England had lots of the game but they created very few real opportunities. ‘Off the pace’ was maybe a bit harsh. Today’s Ireland would beat today’s England though.
God but you have to love the #GuinnessSixNations. Great rugby from Ireland and Scotland today. England and Wales both way off the pace. Go Ireland 🇮🇪 🇮🇪
