🔥 Controversial question:
An FDA panel backed pharmacy compounding of BPC-157, KPV, TB-500, MOTS-c, Semax & Epitalon—despite limited clinical data.
Is this progress toward safer access, or are we lowering the evidence bar?

Tesamorelin vs. Ipamorelin—what’s the difference? 🧬
Tesamorelin is a GHRH analog that signals the pituitary to release more of your own growth hormone. It’s best known for its research involving visceral abdominal fat, body composition, IGF-1 and metabolic health.
Ipamorelin works differently. It activates the ghrelin receptor, encouraging distinct growth-hormone pulses. It’s commonly researched for recovery, sleep quality, lean-mass support, tissue repair and overall GH optimization.
When combined, they approach growth-hormone release through two complementary pathways: tesamorelin provides the GHRH signal, while ipamorelin reinforces the pulse through the ghrelin receptor.
Separate, they each have a different focus. Together, they may create a broader and more pronounced GH response.
Which one are you researching—and what’s your main goal: fat loss, recovery, sleep or body composition?
Do you think last week’s actions by Eli Lilly will affect the RUO peptide space—or will it be business as usual?
Will we see tighter restrictions, fewer suppliers, higher prices, or simply more scrutiny?

One of the biggest peptide mistakes: treating “units” as the dose.
Stop asking: “I use 40 units from a 10mg vial—what about a 30mg vial?” Units only measure liquid volume. Dose depends on vial strength and diluent.

Why are more people exploring peptides instead of—or alongside—traditional FDA-approved options?

One thing I’ve learned after diving into peptide research…
The people seeing the best long-term results usually aren’t chasing the “next miracle.”
They’re focused on:
• Sleep
• Nutrition
• Training
• Recovery
• Consistency
Peptides may be part of the conversation—but the fundamentals still do the heavy lifting.

🚨 Unpopular opinion:
Five years from now, I think peptides will be as mainstream as protein powder and creatine.
People laughed at GLP-1s…
Now they’re everywhere.
What’s the next peptide you think everyone will be talking about in 2031?
👇 Drop ONE name and tell me why.

One of the biggest changes I made during my weight-loss journey wasn’t a supplement…
It was committing to a nightly sauna routine.
For me, it became the habit that helped me stay consistent. It gave me time to unwind, recover, and mentally reset every evening—and that consistency carried over into the rest of my routine.
I’m down over 80 lbs, and while it wasn’t because of the sauna alone, making it part of my daily regimen was a real turning point.
Do you sauna regularly? What’s the biggest benefit you’ve noticed?

Unpopular opinion:
Most people don’t need more supplements…
They need better sleep, better nutrition, and a consistent plan.

@alexgilbert1234@TheCryptoDaddi When I pin fasted in the morning I get a ton of energy if I wait 2-3 hours to eat after pinning. Definitely need to time it because if I eat too soon after then I don’t feel it as much
