Last night at our warm welcome space a gentleman came in desperate for food for his family, we sent him home with a bag of food. This is why we do it, but would love to live in a country where it wasn’t necessary

We’re back this morning (Friday) with a Macmillan Coffee Morning to fundraise for @macmillancancer after having to postpone the event planned a few weeks ago. Tea, coffee, cakes and a lot more, all in a friendly atmosphere.

Following the death of the Queen we have taken the decision to postpone the Macmillan Coffee Morning. Our building will be open from 10 to 5 today for private prayer and refreshments will be available during the morning.

Like everyone else we have had to completely change the way we do things. We've learned many new skills along the way and have much to be thankful for, but still we mourn the cost to those who are less well connected, especially the elderly and refugees
