@SCrawford00 @EdTechCoaches This is definitely an important piece. Many times schools purchase tools using grants or parent organizations without checking to see if it will work within the larger system (e.g. network, devices) or if it supports their goals.

A6: Instructional Coaching is a great way to support teachers. Offering to co-teach a lesson often helps relieve some of the fear by providing a safety net. Using tech during PD with staff so they experience the benefits of exploring. Limit the fear of the unknown. #etcoaches
