On World Health Day ⚕, we wanted to share the report developed by the International Longevity Centre (@ILCUK) on inequalities and structural heart disease (SHD).

🫀 SHD affects the heart’s valves, atria, ventricles, and blood vessels. The condition can be serious but is treatable, yet the research reveals disparities in terms of detection and treatment in Europe depending on the following factors: Age, socioeconomic status, gender, ethnicity, and location.
